What languages do you Translate?

We offer translation services for a wide range of languages. How long it will take to complete the job?

For business documents, each translator can typically handle approximately 3000 words per day with the assistance of CAT tools. If your document spans 6000 words, we commit to delivering the translated, proofed, and aligned document within 3 working days. As for certificate translations, a one-page document will be delivered on the same or next day, contingent on the language and complexity of the documents. We recommend obtaining specific timelines before making any decisions.

Can you do quick Translation in urgent situation?

Yes, we can consider doing fast translation without compromising on the quality of work by brining more resources ( translators) to work on your document. Additional charges apply for fast and rush jobs.

Are you a Authorized Government Translator?

No company or an individual is authorised by any Govt Office in India, Singapore, Australia for any commercial service that includes translation. Based on our experience and the quality certifications like ISO 9001, Government bodies and worldwide Embassies accept our translation since 2012. Can I use your Translation for Australian, Uk & Us Immigration?

Yes, you can. People translated from us and submitted in embassies and its never rejected.

This is personal document; I rather not send by email. How can I get this to you?

Eighter you can come in person and deliver at out office or Courier it. Kindly mention “Confidential”

How can I believe that you will not disclose my document?

“We are not individuals or agents. We are a professional translation company that adheres to specific business standards. In accordance with our ISO, we prioritize compliance with document security standards. The source document provided for translation is securely destroyed after delivering the translated document. The original document will be returned upon completion of the translation.”

How many days do you take to do the translation?

“If the document is a single page, we can initiate delivery starting the next working day. However, it is advisable to consult with our executive on call before proceeding further. Factors such as language pair, document clarity, formats, Volume and more has to be assessed  before confirming the delivery time.”

How will you deliver the translated document?

We deliver the soft copy in PDF format. In case you want a hard copy we can arrange to courier or you can hand collect from the office. Please give us prior information, confirm that your document is ready before coming to collect. Courier charges will be informed depends on the address.

How do you maintain the quality of our translation?

Quality translation is the Primary reason behind our existence. We dont use Machines and we use only HUMAN Native Translator for all of our projects whether it may a single page or 1000 pages. 

Do you do Corrections?

Yes, we make sure that there is no Grammar errors while we deliver, but if the Spelling error and if the source document was not so clear enough and we tried out best, in this scenario, we take the inputs of the client and do corrections until they are satisfied.

Do you work on weekends if I require the translation on urgency?

“We do not operate on weekends. However, if you have an urgent requirement, I will verify the translator’s availability. If feasible, we will accept your job.”

What is the average time to translate 1 page document?

Typically 1 Day, Please send the document via Mail / WhatsApp so that we can check and confirm the exact time.

Can I have the document before I make payment?

As per the company policy payment must be collected before the document is delivered.

Do you provide discounts?

Yes, we will provide discounts for big volumes.
